A named contact from the first email to the day itself, on phone and WhatsApp. Restaurant, tickets, vehicles and timing are handled for you.

Up to 6 guests per private vehicle; larger teams travel in several vehicles or a partner minibus with the same guide, so a party of 40 still feels private.
One invoice
A fixed written quote, one invoice to the company with Austrian VAT shown, and free cancellation up to 72 hours on standard tours.

Six formats, priced per vehicle not per person
A full day for a team of six costs from €850 — about €140 a head including guide, driver and pickup. Groups from 12 people receive a written per-person group rate that includes dinner and entrances.

Guided walk through the Salzburger Christkindlmarkt and the illuminated Hellbrunn Palace market, Glühwein, then a reserved dinner in the Old Town. Half-day or full-day, office or hotel pickup.

Silent Night evening
December – early January
The carol was written 20 minutes from Salzburg. Silent Night Chapel in Oberndorf, Arnsdorf and Hallein, followed by a private dinner with a small choir or duo.

Winter incentive day

Horse-drawn sleigh ride in Filzmoos or Werfen, the Dürrnberg salt mine or the Werfen ice caves, combined with a mountain-hut lunch. Built for reward trips and management offsites.

How many people can you take?
Up to 6 per private vehicle; larger groups in several vehicles or a partner minibus with the same guide. Tell us the number and we confirm what works for the date.
Can you organise a Christmas party for our Salzburg office?
Yes. The usual format is a late-afternoon guided market walk, Glühwein, then a reserved dinner in the Old Town or at a mountain hut with transport back.
Do you invoice companies and show VAT?
Yes. One invoice to the company with Austrian VAT; payment by bank transfer or card.
Which languages do your guides speak?
English and German; other languages on request with notice.
How far ahead should we book for December?
By early November for Christmas parties and Advent outings. Concert tickets for New Year's Eve by mid-November.
