Yes, we offer flexible cancellation policies. Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your tour (50% fee between 72 and 24 hours, no refund inside 24 hours), and we’re happy to help you reschedule if your plans change. Multi-day and tailor-made tours: free up to 30 days before, 50% between 30 and 7 days, 100% inside 7 days. We understand travel plans can be unpredictable!

One group price covers up to six guests in a private vehicle — so a full car costs the same as a couple. Larger parties travel comfortably in more than one vehicle; just tell us your group size and we'll plan around it.

Yes. Every private tour includes pickup — at your Salzburg hotel, the airport, the train station, or your river cruise pier in Passau or Linz. Tours can also start from Munich or Vienna.

We accept cash, credit card and bank transfer. You book directly with the operator — the people actually running your tour — so there's no booking-platform commission hidden in the price.
