Guide and Sightseeing Tour Terms

All tours are based on time calculation. Tours are to be booked per hour and are calculated from beginning at the agreed place till return to the agreed place.

Longer trips due to the wish of the customer can be calculated afterwards. Shorter trips booked are to be paid for at the agreed upon booked price.

Guide and Sightseeing programs can be subject to changes.

Payment Conditions

Payment is to be made when the service is rendered. Cash payment is preferred.

Card payment is possible: Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Club.

Bank fees are to be paid by the customer. Cancellation policies vary depending on the services, please see below.

General Cancellation Terms

• No cancellation penalties for cancellation before 48 hours of tour start.
• 50% penalty for cancellation between 48 to 24 hours before tour start.
• 100% penalty for cancellation within 24 hours before tour start or no-show.

Cancellation Terms for Multi-Day/Tailor-Made Tours

• No penalty for cancellation 30 days or more before tour start.
• 50% penalty for cancellation between 30 to 7 days before tour start.
• 100% penalty for cancellation within 7 days before tour start or no-show.

Cancellation Terms for Premium/Special Tours

• No penalty for cancellation 60 days or more before tour start.
• 50% penalty for cancellation between 60 to 30 days before tour start.
• 100% penalty for cancellation within 30 days before tour start or no-show.

Cancellation by the Company

In case of unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, like natural disasters, war, national emergency or other similar events, we reserve the right to cancel bookings, modify itineraries or make necessary changes.

Disclaimer of Liability

Be Special Tours cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damage or loss resulting from:

• Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Loss of personal belongings during tours.
• Third-party service provider issues (hotels, restaurants, attractions).

Insurance

Travelers are strongly recommended to obtain appropriate travel insurance. Be Special Tours does not include travel insurance in any tour package.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salzburg, Austria.
