My girlfriends and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Austria. This was our first time visiting and it certainly won’t be our last. Our most memorable moment in Austria was our Salzburg tour. One of my co-workers visited Austria last year and recommended we use B(e)specialtours. What an excellent choice. We were fortunate to have an amazing tour guide who make the entire tour spectacular. We visited some of the most beautiful sites and our tour guide was so eloquent and informative and made everyone feel connected and captivated with the beauty of Salzburg. I am very aware that the tour operator cannot control the weather. Rain and overcast conditions hamper any sightseeing opportunities. That being said, we paid a lot of money (full fare) to see the outside of a lot of Salzburg’s sites. The salt mine tour was outstanding, but I feel we were rushed through, due to our driver needing to pick up her children from school. My advice, pay close attention to the weather before scheduling a tour of this type.
